Spinal Release Yoga is a deeply nourishing, restorative, rejuvenative style of Yoga Therapy. In every class, we will work to quiet the mind and release tight and tense muscles. You will be guided in poses that release the entire spine (tailbone, sacrum, psoas, ribcage) in a very meticulous way that allows for a full release especially in tight or stuck areas of the spine and body. You will be guided through specific pranayama (breath techniques) and guided relaxation meant to calm the nervous system allowing for a state of calm and tranquility. For full benefit, you will be given short practices that you can practice daily, as well as longer recordings you can follow.

Series will include:
-Live weekly Yoga Practice with access to recordings (recordings not for Saturday classes)

-Option to join in-person or online
-Encouraged daily practices
-Additional Yoga practice recordings to support you daily
