Beginner's Spinal Release Yoga Saturdays - 10:00am - Weekly Group Class with Julie - Monthly Series
Regular group classes meet on Mondays at 9:00am and 11:30am, Tuesdays at 4:30pm, and Wednesdays at 10:30am, 4:30pm and 5:45pm with Jessica, and Saturdays at 10:00am with Julie.
Spinal Release Yoga (SRY) is a deeply nourishing, restorative, rejuvenative style of Yoga. In every class, we will work to quiet the mind and release tight and tense muscles. You will be guided in poses that release the entire spine (tailbone, sacrum, psoas, ribcage) in a very meticulous way that allows for a full release especially in tight or stuck areas of the spine and body. You will be guided through specific pranayama (breath techniques) and guided relaxation meant to calm the nervous system allowing for a state of calm and tranquility.
Julie is a certified yoga instructor specializing in restorative yoga and guided meditations that nurture inner awareness and peace. With a focus on creating a tranquil and inclusive environment, Julie helps her students reconnect with themselves, reduce stress, and build resilience.
She offers both individual sessions and group classes, tailoring each experience to meet the unique needs and goals of her students. Whether guiding a meditative practice to encourage mindfulness or leading restorative poses to release tension, Julie empowers her students to find calm in the midst of life’s demands.
Julie’s approach to yoga is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves space to heal, reflect, and grow. Through her sessions, she inspires her students to cultivate balance—not just on the mat, but in their daily lives.
*All group classes are accessible to beginners; this series is just targeted for beginners, but if this time doesn’t work for you, please join the regular group classes meet on Mondays at 9:00am and 11:30am, Tuesdays at 4:30pm, and Wednesdays at 5:45pm with Jessica.

*Students must register for and commit to the entire month. Cost for series (4 weeks/1 month/4 total classes) is $70.
