Perfect for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners looking for a more mature practice. Experience blissful rest, release, and relaxation in this deeply restorative and therapeutic yoga series. Each class will will include gentle breathwork (pranayama), physical poses designed to release muscle tension and induce relaxation in the mind and body, and guided relaxation.
Join Jessica Mayberry, yoga therapist, as she guides you into deep relaxation and poses to release tight muscles through the spine and pelvis. This series will be offered in person at 190 Lime Quarry Rd, STE 205, Madison, AL and online via Zoom. Recordings of the class will be available temporarily if you cannot attend live.
This series is $100 (message us for discounted options) for the whole month (4 total classes). Students must sign up for entire month. . Classes will be around 60 minutes each.

All group classes are accessible to beginners; this series is just targeted for beginners, but if this time doesn’t work for you, please join the regular group classes meet on Mondays at 9:00am and 11:30am, Tuesdays at 4:30pm, and Wednesdays at 5:45pm with Jessica, and Saturdays at 10:00am with Julie.
