My passion for teaching is in the therapeutic and healing world of yoga. I work privately with clients who are looking to process past trauma and realize/rework habitual patterns. Many of my clients are dealing with pelvic health concerns, insomnia and sleep disturbance, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and other forms of chronic pain. My desire is to help each individual find deep peace, rest, and healing. I work to help you find balance through stillness in a tumultuous and busy world.
