Ease into Sleep: a 3-month Yoga Therapy Series for Better Sleep

Join Jessica Mayberry for this 12-week Yoga Therapy series specifically designed for those suffering from sleep issues.

Series will include:

-Live weekly Yoga Practice with access to recordings

-Encouraged daily practices that help improve sleep

-Online group (Mighty Network) for questions, check-ins, and community support

-Additional Yoga practice recordings to support you daily, including a practice you can do IN BED

-AyurVedic tools to support sleep

-Access to content for one full year

*You can join the weekly practice online or in person, but the in person space is limited, so don't delay.

Students must register for and commit to the entire series. Cost for series is $295 if booked before February 21st, $345 after that (payment plan options available if needed). Some scholarships are available based on need; request for information by texting/calling 256-405-9226.

Classes will be held on Tuesdays at 10:00am CST starting March 14th. Recordings will be available for those who can't attend live or who want to re-watch.

Spinal Release Yoga (the main techniques used in this series) was founded by Kaya Mindlin, Jessica's teacher and mentor, who also trained her in Yoga Nidra another main technique used in this series.
