Restorative Yoga for HAPPY HIPS - 4 Week Online Series


Join Jessica Mayberry for this 4-week online Yoga Therapy series specifically designed for those suffering from hip, psoas, low back, and pelvic pain. Learn techniques for how to safely relax and release the hips, pelvic floor, and the spine. Learn a few simple poses (asana) as well as breath techniques (pranayama) and relaxation techniques to find relief in daily life. Additional education and homework will be included as well to give you tools to use on your own. Jessica Mayberry is a yoga therapist and 500 hour yoga instructor. She has specific training in yoga for spinal release (SRY), pelvic health, prenatal and postnatal care, fertility, chronic pain, and special populations, among other things. Students must register for and commit to the entire series. Cost for series is $75. Option for detailed individual assessment for additional $50 (series comes with basic assessment). Scholarships are available when needed. Please, sign up as soon as possible.

Classes will be held on Mondays at 4:15pm starting April 5th. Recordings will be available for a limited time to those who can't attend live or who want to rewatch.

Spinal Release Yoga (the main techniques used in this series) was founded by Kaya Mindlin, Jessica's teacher and mentor.
