What to expect

Jessica is a yoga therapist who specializes in sleep and sleep disorders. During the session, she addresses not just the problem itself but works to help you break through old patterns and trauma to help you learn tools to heal. Yoga Therapy addresses your specific sleep concerns including trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, oversleeping, random sleep patterns, and more.

  • First, give us a call or schedule a time for us to call you. This consultation ensures that we are the right fit.

  • Next, we will meet for an introductory session. This intro session includes (but is not limited to) assessing and addressing sleep habits, breathing habits, and stressors. You will discuss concerns you are experiencing with your sleep, stress, and overall health, and there is an evaluation of body and breath awareness as well as physical mobility to help determine what movements will best help you specifically.

  • From there, we create a plan of care specific to your needs that you can do at home, and we determine how often we’re going to work together. All sessions can be completed over live video (Zoom) or in person.

We ask for a commitment of at least three months to start.
