What to expect

Jessica is a yoga therapist who specializes in pelvic health. During the session, she addresses not just the problem itself but works to help you break through old patterns and trauma to help you learn tools to heal. Pelvic Floor YT addresses your specific pelvic floor concerns including stress and urge incontinence, post-hysterectomy and post-natal care, fertility issues, prenatal care, back and hip pain related to the pelvic floor, painful intercourse, low libido, and more.

  • First, give us a call or schedule a time for us to call you. This consultation ensures that we are the right fit.

  • Next, we will meet for an introductory session. This intro session includes (but is not limited to) assessing and addressing sleep habits, breathing habits, and stressors. You will discuss concerns you are experiencing with your pelvic health, and there is an evaluation of body and breath awareness as well as physical mobility to help determine what movements will best help you specifically.

  • From there, we create a plan of care specific to your needs that you can do at home, and we determine if we are going to work together once, twice, or three times per week. All sessions can be completed over live video (Zoom) or in person

We ask for a commitment of at least three months to start.
