PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE

therapeutic, restorative, and accessible yoga for healing the whole person

What is 1:1 Yoga Therapy?

  • A thorough, whole-person assessment and follow up sessions with Yoga sequences customized to meet your specific needs

  • A plan of care designed specific for you that you can do on your own to aid in healing

  • Lifestyle guidance from a yogic and AyurVedic (the sister science of yoga) perspective

  • Deeply nourishing, restorative, rejuvenative style of Yoga Therapy to balance your busy, driven life and to aid in better sleep, better digestion, and reduced anxiety

In every session, we will work to quiet the mind and release tight and tense muscles. You will be guided in poses that release the entire spine (tailbone, sacrum, psoas, ribcage) in a very meticulous way that allows for a full release especially in tight or stuck areas of the spine and body. You will be guided through specific pranayama (breathwork) and guided relaxation meant to calm the nervous system allowing for a state of calm and tranquility. For full benefit, you are encouraged to practice this style daily (shorter practice is fine) and meet with a SRY Yoga Therapist regularly.

Her attention to detail during our healing yoga sessions is unmatched. I felt a strong sense of calm during our sessions, and every moment throughout my session was met with peace and tranquility.

Private Yoga Therapy is an individualized approach (one-on-one or small groups) giving you custom tools for your personal healing. I work with a range of conditions, but specialize in helping clients process past trauma, reduce anxiety, release tight muscles, and get better sleep.

Weekly Group Therapeutic Series

Every month, we offer therapeutic yoga series in a group setting. Classes are offered in person (limited space available) & online. Each student will be guided in yoga techniques to quiet the mind, release muscle tension, and begin working through old, habitual patterns.

Tuesdays at 4:30pm,

and Wednesdays at 10:30am, 4:30pm, and 5:45pm with Jessica and

My passion for teaching is in the therapeutic and healing world of yoga. I work privately with clients who are looking to process past trauma and realize/rework habitual patterns. Many of my clients are dealing with pelvic health concerns, insomnia and sleep disturbance, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, and other forms of chronic pain. My desire is to help each individual find deep peace, rest, and healing. I work to help you find balance through stillness in a tumultuous and busy world.
